A 17-year old woman was previously well presented with headaches, amonorrhea, and bitemporal hemianopsia. Her physical examination was otherwise unremarkable.

  • free T4 — normal
  • 8 AM cortisol — normal
  • LH — low
  • FSH — low
  • estradiol — 5000
  • prolactin — 140 ug/L
